The Power of Listening with your Heart

Sharon is a friend of mine and co-worker, who works as a director in our HR department. In her role, she leads the employment efforts for a company of nearly 10,000 employees. She makes her living communicating with prospective and current employees. Yet for Sharon, it took a trip halfway across the world to understand how to listen with your heart, so that the softest voice can break through the noise. She shared her story with me for this video.
